Default MM solo Queen Kepkhet?

Ive been trying this build below to solo Queen Kepkhet Marrowfest, although admittedly Ive never got to her yet because all the bone fiends die and its hard to keep ur minions healed as well as urself while fighting....

Vampiric Gaze
Animate Flesh Golem (E)
Animate Bone Fiend
Unholy Feast
Life Siphon
Blood of the Master
Rotting Flesh
Blood Renewal

Death 16, Blood 12, Soul Reaping 10

I can kill the patrols.. IF I have flesh golem + 2 bone fiends, otherwise at least 1 marrow scarb comes after me, making it hard to heal the minions...

Now I'm thinking maybe swapping bone fiend for vamp horrors might make it easier, as I assume they have more hp an will distract the scarabs?

Also think Rotting Flesh needs to be replaced by another hex so the scarabs cant tap it back to you if they get too close....

help anyone please?

Maybe try to use Death Nova? IDK about switching in Vamp Horror, the recharge is really long if that's the only minions you are having besides Golem, but it could work. Maybe try using regular Horrors and see if that works. Maybe even using Bone Minions and Death Nova. If you are getting hurt by monsters, try using Dark Bond and Infuse Condition if conditions are being used. Maybe try using 2 types of minions? Like Horrors and Vamp Horrors, or Fiends with Vamp Horrors.
